I'll be honest, I didn't have high expectations for this rain cover due to the low price, but it is actually pretty decent. I have used it in heavy rain and it kept me nice and dry. Has plenty of coverage for yourself and your vehicle. It also has little openings to put your hands through so you don't have to fumble to use your hands whilst wearing it. I would definately recommend this item.
