My electric scooter model is a Xiaomi M365 running on firmware version V1.5.6. I was able to successfully connect and charge the battery that I ordered. The LEDs on the dash showed that the new battery was charging. The battery reached 100% and seemed to be normal according to the app that I have connected to my scooter via Bluetooth. When I attempted to switch on the scooter after charging, the power button was unresponsive. I could not switch between regular and eco modes. I could not turn on the headlight.I thought that maybe there was a problem with the start button and headlight control. However, when I re-connected my old battery, which no longer carries a full charge but can be charged to a limited extent, I was able to switch on the scooter and switch it off as normal. This is not something I can do after installing the battery I ordered from this vendor. Based on the above, my conclusion is that there is a software compatibility problem between their battery and the most up-to-date version of the Xiaomi M365 scooter firmware. Contrary to the vendor's assertions that this battery is compatible with Xiaomi M365 scooters, you will probably have issues if you order this battery.The only reason I'm giving this product two stars instead of one star is because the battery does adequately charge, and it can be used to power the motor even if the dash controls no longer work. To make it work, I had to start with the old battery connected to make sure the device was not in eco-mode. Then, I disconnected the old battery power cable (red and black) and plugged in the new battery power cable (red and black). I then also switched the wires for the battery feedback (yellow/green and white) and the charging port. I may also have had to unplug and re-connect the cables that connect the CPU to the dash controls. This procedure worked the second time I tried it. But again, the headlight no longer works, the dash LEDs remain on at all times, and I can no longer use eco-mode. Also, the scooter beeps a single time at random intervals (approximately every 5-10 minutes).In addition to the issues I had with the product itself, I paid for expedited shipping for this battery. However, the battery arrived within the regular shipping time window and was ultimately delivered by the U.S. Postal Service rather than DHL. So I'm not convinced I actually got the express shipping that I paid for. In general, I found the vendor's responses to my requests for help/information to be short, defensive at times, and always unhelpful.Will I order from this vendor again? Absolutely not.This battery worked great. Good to know company had battery because was having trouble finding one.
