We've changed the battery setup and is now situated under the rear basket so can be left in there to charge or slides out if needing to remove. There is also a 2nd mount for two batteries to be installed if you plan to do some larger km's or just like using the throttle. If you are running two batteries it will only drain one battery at a time. Additional charge for the 2nd battery setup is $999 which includes a battery/battery housing and lock, and a convertor system
